Nicole and Callem Wedding at The Kingsthorpe Lodge Barn in Oundle, Northamptonshire was one I won’t soon forget. That weekend was a wedding I had been looking forward to for some time. The couple decided to keep the day very relaxed and I loved their outdoor reception ceremony at the surrounding area at Kingsthorpe Lodge Barn.

Natalie and Calem’s love story is one I swoon over. She was 19. He was 20 years old when they met and dedicated themselves to spending the rest of their lives together. It was on a camping trip in Peak District. After spending days together hiking, quadding, spending time sharing stories and sitting around there, they quickly became best friends.

The Kingsthorpe Lodge Barn wedding day

Natalie wore Maggie Sottero – Evangelina dress which was very chic and simple. The satin wedding dress with Swarovski crystals accenting the shoulders gliding into a shimmering ribbon of pearls was perfect. She simply looked stunning.

Callem wore a brown suit, beige bow tie, and braces. I loved the way that he looked.

Rustic Barn wedding Peterborough, Northamptonshire

Kingsthorpe Lodge Barn wedding venue is rustic, natural, beautiful and unique. The couple got very creative and put their stamp on the place.

The original character of the barn fitted the rustic theme of this wedding. The tables were decorated with simple jars withe the flowers and wooden table numbers. The twinkly lights over the beams created a warm and sparkling atmosphere.

The first dance

Natalie and Callem choose a very unusual song for the first dance which was ‘Unforgettable’ by French Montana. Everyone was surprised by their choice and shortly the guest joined the couple and had lots of good fun.

All in all, it was truly a perfect day and I am beyond happy that I got to be there as a photographer.
